History

Metal Eutectic is 100% Mexican company, and started its operations on Monday, October 12th in 1982 in Santa Clara, Ecatepec, Cd. de México. The company was named “Recuperaciones Industriales” at that time. The principal activity of the company was fabrication and recycling of aluminum alloys for automotive and electrodomestics sectors, handcrafts market and others.

In 1990, the company started to move its operations to Cd. de Chihuahua. On March 3rd, 1992, we started the operation in Cd. de Chihuahua.

On August 12th in 1993, the company changed its name to “Metal Eutectic S.A”.

In 2009, we started fabrication and recycling of magnesium alloy for automotive sector, fabricating master alloys of aluminum and magnesium.
